Montaser Al Kuzbari

Montaser Al Kuzbari is a distinguished leader in the Middle Eastern business arena, boasting a decade of influential leadership and strategic expertise.

Mr. Al Kuzbari holds a degree in Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany. With over 15 years of experience in Germany in the defence field, Al Kuzbari trading in Germany,afterwards he transitioned to the Middle East to pursue new opportunities and challenges.

Started as the Executive Partner of Al Asayil International LLC in 2003. Mr. Al kuzbari is the founder and chairman of Aladiyaat Holding which is a leading company grounded in integrity and collaboration, with long-term vision driving our partners towards ground-breaking achievements and becoming global leaders, Aladyiaat strives to leave a legacy of excellence and innovation in the business world.

With concurrent roles as CEO and Board Member of Silver Stone Investment, Mr. Al Kuzbari has demonstrated a keen ability to drive growth and innovation across diverse sectors.

Recognized for his expertise in tourism, Mr. Al Kuzbari serves as a Strategic Advisor for the Arab Tourism Organization League of Arab States. Contribution of his commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his leadership where he pioneers the integration of innovative technology in the spa and wellness sector as a Partner of Highness Beauty Clinic and Spa Dubai, Chairman and CEO of Klafs My Sauna and Spa Middle East. Al Kuzbari's leadership extends to board positions in SIMCO Exclusive Car, vice chairman and an executive partner at Lotus Middle East. Mr. Al Kuzbari holds the role of Vice President of Sales for Excalibur Army.

Alec Saltikoff

The former Global Head of Sustainability and Energy at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Alec Saltikoff is the former Global Head of Sustainability and Energy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. bank, Vice-Chairman of the World Green Building Council, and presently Advisor to and Board Member of several firms and organizations. He is a globally recognized thought leader, patented innovator, and architect behind Net Zero policy changes at JPMorgan and its adoption in the market. Among his key achievements is the creation of a global decarbonization strategy for JPMorgan and its clients, facilitating the bank’s $2.5tn funding commitment for the ESG segment, pioneering synthesis of several breakthrough clean-tech and renewables technologies, such as AI-based energy management, perovskites solar, fuel cells, green H2, flow batteries, CO2 capture, creation of the new blockchain-based carbon tracking standard.

Recipient of various prestigious awards, graduate of MIT Sloan and Manhattan College, speaker at Davos, and inventor; Alec was the strategist who led one of the largest $1bn on-site C&I programs in the US and introduced major changes in Sustainability and ESG practices on Wall Street, real estate industry and Fortune 500 companies.

H.E. Abubaker Al Khoori serves on the Board of Directors of the Capital Bank Group. He is also the CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group. Additionally, he is the Chairman of Iridium Services and Logistics Consultancy and oversees Al Dhabi Asset Management Sole Properties.

Past Leadership Roles

H.E. Al Khoori's former roles include Chairman of the National Investor Company, Khidmah Company, Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), and Aldar Properties Company. He has also been Vice Chairman of Al Waha Capital, Senaat, and Emirates Steel, leading these companies to significant profits and revenue. His board experience extends to Abu Dhabi Ports Company, Shuaa Capital, and the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange.

Michael Zhao

Board Member

Michael Zhao is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in both traditional finance (TradFi) and the Web3.0 space. As the Founder and CEO of Klickl, a premier Web3.0 Open Finance platform based in the UAE, Michael has successfully bridged the gap between digital assets and traditional banking, positioning Klickl as a foundational infrastructure bank for the Web3.0 sector.

Michael’s journey began in the world of traditional finance where he served in derivatives trading and risk management roles at UBS Investment Bank (USA/Singapore), China Merchants Bank (China), and Intesa Sanpaolo (Hong Kong). Most notably, he served as a former regulator at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) within the Central Bank of China, where he played a pivotal role in shaping China's foreign exchange policies and risk management strategies. His regulatory insights have since been a driving force in Klickl's commitment to compliance within the evolving landscape of digital finance.

Michael's expertise extends beyond banking, as he was also instrumental in launching the world’s first digital asset-focused SPAC, Crypto 1 Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: DAOO), in December 2021, raising $230 million in capital. His leadership in this initiative underscored his forward-thinking approach to capital markets and digital asset investments.

Further solidifying his leadership in the blockchain space, Michael has served as the Co-Chairman of the Hong Kong Blockchain Association, where he has been instrumental in advancing blockchain adoption and regulatory dialogue in one of the world’s leading financial hubs. Additionally, Michael co-founded the C1 Closed-End Fund, which focuses on high-growth pre-IPO digital asset service and technology companies. This fund has set a new standard in providing institutional and retail investors access to private digital asset companies, positioning Michael as a leader in both primary and secondary markets for digital assets.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in IT from American University, Washington D.C., and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology, Abu Dhabi, Daiban's academic prowess complements his practical achievements.

His roles across various esteemed organizations, including Acumen Investment and Bold Investment, underscore his exceptional ability to drive success and innovation.

Francisco Benedito

Francisco Benedito is a visionary entrepreneur, environmental advocate, and thought leader on the role of technology in climate change mitigation. He has established himself as a vital driver of innovation in the startup ecosystem and a forceful voice for positive change in the world as the CEO and Co-Founder of ClimateTrade.

Benedito's entrepreneurial career began when he was 16 years old, when he launched his first company, exhibiting an early love for invention and a flair for detecting trends. After working in the banking industry for 15 years, he shifted his focus to sustainability, launching ClimateCoin in 2017 as the world's first crypto asset dedicated at mitigating climate change. ClimateCoin was recognized as one of the greatest options for combating climate change at COP23 the following year, paving the door for Benedito to launch ClimateTrade in 2019.

Benedito has established an exponential firm focused on sustainability at ClimateTrade, pushing creative tactics that promote sustainable initiatives all around the world.
